I help ESOL students achieve their goal of attending and graduating from college.
Q: What has surprised you most since starting your work with your org?
The commitment of other staff to the same goals as me.
Q: What did you have to learn to do in order to be able to do your job?
To be more patient! It is challenging to get adults to commit to the hard work it takes to achieve their goals.
