More and more organizations are joining the fight to close the gap between sexes in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields. These programs, rely on hands-on learning and mentoring to show girls that they can succeed in these fields and to help girls hold on to their confidence related to science and math.

Science Club for Girls works with girls after school to connect them with mentors who allow these girls to test out their skills on their own using real-world examples. This mentorship and hands-on learning are vital to the success and confidence of these girls.
